Refund Policy.

Completed consultations are non-refundable. If you cancel more than 24 hours before a scheduled visit, your consultation fee will be credited toward a rescheduled appointment.

Membership fees are billed in advance. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current billing period. Refunds within a period may be considered in cases of medical hardship at Luxora's discretion.

For safety and regulatory reasons, dispensed medications and used laboratory kits are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for replacement or credit.

To request a refund, submit a request via our contact page with your order or membership details. We aim to review requests within 5 business days.

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly. Disputes filed without prior contact may delay resolution.
