Fulfillment Partners
Medications prescribed by Luxora physicians are dispensed and shipped by licensed pharmacies. Laboratory kits are shipped by our diagnostic partners. Luxora does not warehouse or ship controlled substances directly.
Processing Time
Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after a prescription is verified. Compounded medications may take longer depending on formulation and demand.
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped via reputable carriers with tracking. Temperature-sensitive medications ship in insulated packaging with expedited service where required.
Delivery Locations
We ship only to U.S. addresses within states where the prescribing physician is licensed. Delivery to P.O. boxes may be restricted based on carrier and medication requirements.
Delivery Issues
If your shipment is delayed, damaged, or lost, contact us through the contact page within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can coordinate a replacement or refund with the fulfillment partner.
